Our Story Ends Here is a love story written by Sara Naveed. She is a writer who usually loves to write love stories. Our Story Ends Here is one somehow interesting love story between two characters i.e. Sarmad and Mehr. These two characters are the main protagonist of the novel. Most of the time story revolves around these two characters. The remaining characters are just to complete the story outline.
This novel is interesting and there is a depiction of eternal love. I can't find this novel as relatable to real life. This novel is full of fantasy. It can also enhance your imagination level. I can think that parents are so advanced that they are OK if their daughter is not home on time. Here we can also see some glimpse of patriotism. There is also a beautiful portrayal of Pakistani Wedding culture.
There is a pure portrayal of the cultural wedding in the village. It also tells us how people dressed up in a multicolor dress and how they decorated their houses with the lights. They not only decorated their houses but also beautify their streets as well.
There is a mixture of Romance as well as a patriotic attitude towards the country. There is a high level of fantasy that is depicted through characters and scenes. Things and relations are not in a way actually that are depicted in the novel.
If you appreciate fantasy, then you may give it a read. I anyhow not get boredom by reading it but very few scenes are relatable to our real lifestyle and struggles.
It's not a criticism just a point of view that writers of different countries in their writing talk about contemporary issues and their solutions. But on the other hand, Pakistani writers still stuck with the theme of love, Beauty standard, and affections toward another gender.
If you love to read fantasy stories then you surely enjoy this book. Now, wait when Sara Naveed comes up with her new writing. It may be possible she again writes a love story full of fantasy or maybe she creates some difference among others.
