Four
Aspects about Zindagi Gulzar hai
Polygamy
Her first criticism is of the Kashaf father.
Kashaf's father left them alone due to not having a son in their family. This shows
the typical mindset of Pakistani men. This also questions gender
equality. Polygamy is not common in Pakistan. But it put light on the mindset of Pakistani society.
Education
Her Second criticism of the Education system of
Pakistan. Education is a basic right for anyone i.e. girl or boy. When Kashaf
got a scholarship, her father forced her to left study and married to someone.
This also shows the mindset of typical men who is against the study of their daughters.
This example is now very rare in our society. In fact, women get more education compared to men. Now, most fathers encourage their daughters to
complete their studies.
Lack
of clean water
Her third criticism is about the lack of water
in Pakistan. When Zaroon visited Kashaf's home for the first time, during washing
his face water stopped. She through her scene with Kashaf and Zaroon that how
people face the water crises. This is a point to ponder for all the management
authorities. We should need to focus on this such a serious issue in Pakistan.
Electricity
Her Forth criticism is regarding the load
shedding in Pakistan. When Zaroon visited his in-laws for the first time, lights is come on and off. Kashaf as belongs to the middle class used of it but on the
other hand, it’s something new for Zaroon. Electricity is a major issue in
Pakistan which should give a serious concentration.
